ROYAL SPORT X SCADPROIn this project, I collaborated with student team to design a men’s golf apparel collection for Royal Sport, a brand specializing in inclusive sizing and premium lifestyle wear for diverse body types.
• Led flat sketch ideation, CLO3D digital prototyping, and pattern drafting, translating concepts into tech-ready designs. Resolved fit issues through 3D-to-physical prototyping iterations.
• Executed garment construction, contributing to a fully realized collection presented to brand partners.

By analyzing user profiles, we have introduced customized sizing tailored to users with different body characteristics and size requirements.
Through CLO3D modeling and pattern making, I experimented with and tested various body models and samples; this provided valuable reference and support for the subsequent production and modification of physical sample garments.
To better coordinate with factories and manufacturers, we have created professional flats and detailed tech packs with comprehensive size specifications.
Finally, various departments collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver the final customer shopping journey and unboxing experience.
